This winding forming machine is CE certificated and drived by hydraulic pressing system, guided by 4 pillars, and pushed by oil cylinder.The upper and down slides expands the inner shape of the coil over-hang. so as to easy do the second winding inserting and wedge inserting process. With the light curtain, machine can protect operators froming injury during machine running. During operation, operator needs to load and unload the stators manually. Other steps will be done by this machine automatically.

Forming machine operation step
1. Power on the machine
2. Put the stator to the tooling
3. Press " auto" button by two hands
4. Machine will automatic do the forming
5. Unload the stator by manual
