Longkou mung bean series vermicelli is made from mung bean refined form, it has maintained the traditional characteristics of Longkou vermicelli. Green beans, which belongs to the legume.

Alias green bean (named for its color green), planting beans, cultivated in China had more than 2000 years of history. Origin in India and Burma. Green beans contains protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and other nutrients. Green beans with lowering blood  pressure, lowering cholesterol, allergy, antibiotic, antitumor, increase appetite, liver kidney care, and so on.

Greenbean of phospholipids phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl ethanol amine, phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl glycerol, phosphatidyl serine, and phosphatidicacid has stomachic effect. Contains a considerable amount of oligosaccharides inmungbean starch (pentosan Xylan, half milk,andsoon). These oligosaccharides no corresponding Hydrolas because the human gastrointestinal system and are difficult to digest, so the mungbean provides the energy value lower than thatof other cereals, for the adjuvant treatment of patientswith obesity and diabetes. Beneficial bacteria in the gut and oligosaccharide is the humanbody the proliferationof Bifidobacterium factor, regular consumption of mungbeans can improve the intestinal flora, reducing the absorption of harmful substances, preventing certain cancers.
