It used to shaping and sizing the PVC pipe into client asked size.
PVC pipe die including bas extrusion die, core die & mouth die, sizing sleeve, heater etc. parts.
Usually the extrusion die material is 40Cr, inner surface polishing, or could be customized.
Sizing sleeve material copper.
heater is made of cast-aluminum plate heater.
Now we have many kinds pipe extrusion moulds, such as double outlet, four outlet, etc.
size from 16-800mm.
Double outlet PVC pipe extrusion die, size 16-63mm
Four outlet PVC pipe extrusion die, size 16-32mm:
single outlet pvc pipe extrusion die, 20-800mm all can be manufactured for client.
