Description:

It is mainly used in pre-classification and examination classification of grinding circuit in concentration plant and aggregate plant as well as desliming, dehydration in sand washing process and so on. It can be classified into single and double spiral types by to the spiral quantity; and into high weir and sinking types by different depth of spinning blade dipping into overfall surface. The former can be used in classification of ore with overflow granularity 0.83-0.15mm, and the latter in classification of ore with overflow granularity 0.15-0.07mm.

The key components of a screw classifier include main shaft, which is carefully designed and selected to prevent deflection due to the spiral weight and the thrust load imposed by the spiral during raking. Large diameter, seamless steel, tubular shaft with sufficient wall thickness is used for minimum deflection. Heavy duty cast steel arms are clamped to the main shaft. Principle of Spiral Classifier :

We produce high weir type, single and double spiral, and immersed single and double spiral classifiers. Because different grains have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid, this Spiral Classifier allows the fine ore to flow in the water, while coarse ore sinks to the bottom. This Spiral Classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability.
