Application: It is suitable to string 1, 2, or 4 stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in steel or high strength nylon, conductor sheave can be lined with special flap liner.

The central sheave is specially strengthened for passage of pilot wire rope.
All the sheaves are mounted good quality ball bearings, central bearing is specially designed.
The steel frame is hot galvanized for long time usage.
The 1160mm three wheels pulleys, central nylon, conductor sheaves lined with Polyurethane.
The Head board of 1160 pulleys is specially designed for installation of cable.
Due to the heavy body of pulley blocks, special designed head board is applicable for three sheaaves and five sheaves stringing blocks.
The special stringing equpments are used for pulling two ACSR 48mm dia. conductors on 1000KV transmission line. Our 30 ton hydraulic puller SA-YQ300 and 18 ton hydraulic tensioner SA-YZ2X80 is used.
