FAQ:
1. What is the operation procedure of this machine?
A.:Fix the winding tools on stator core,then put stator core on the loading base,press START button,safety door will close,loading base will move inside to the winding position, machine will automatic winding and cut wire,at this time,operator could fix the winding tools on another two stator cores;after finishing winding,loading base will move outside,sfatety door opened,then take out the completed stator,and put another two stator cores on the loading base,one cycle is completed.
2.What is the most common malfunction of this machine?
A.: Sometimes,the machine will stop on one certain step,and not continue to running,in this case,there will be error information displayed on the touch screen,usually,the reason is that the sensor of next step is not on the right position,so machine can not continue to next step, just check the sensor position,and adjust it to correct position,then machine will running properly.When adjusting sensor position,please change to Manual mode, and take care of your hands,because once the sensor is adjusted well,machine will have action for one step.
